What counts as an API screen?
Each call to the /api/screener/screen or /api/screens/{id}/execute endpoint counts as one screen. This includes screens triggered by AI assistants via the MCP server. Screens executed in the Cotrader UI are always unlimited and free.
What is the MCP server?
The MCP server lets you connect Cotrader to AI assistants like Claude Desktop, VS Code, and Cursor. Your AI can screen stocks, detect chart patterns, and fetch market data on your behalf. MCP access uses the same API key and daily screen quota as the REST API.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my alerts if I downgrade?
Your existing alerts remain saved and continue running. However, you won't be able to create new alerts until you're within your new plan's limit. You can free up slots by deleting alerts or upgrading again.
